Job Description

The Product Marketing Coordinator coordinates the implementation of marketing tactics, tasks, and participates in the development of marketing and product improvement strategies for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the implementation of the organization’s outbound and inbound marketing activities.

  • Coordinates content collection, copywriting, asset production, and publication of company blog articles.

  • Coordinates all aspects of the company’s participation in trade shows and industry events.

  • Coordinates the execution of effective lead-generating marketing campaigns based on market research.

  • Maintains knowledge of emerging products and services.

  • Achieves and maintains exceptional site speed values on all web properties.

  • Actively reviews and manages the company’s presence on Google, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed and other platforms as assigned.

  • Contributes to SDLC as a representative of the business/marketing team, including but not limited to: Writing, redacting, publishing and maintaining User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Release Notes, as well as internal and external product documentation.

  • Participates in cross-departmental product planning and development meetings as needed.

  • Participates in client meetings as needed to establish product requirements.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Thorough understanding of market developments.

  • Thorough understanding of marketing tactics and practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient with G Suite or related software.


Experience Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in marketing is required.

This position will require the following mental requirements; while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to high pressure to high-stress situations. Some travel to job sites and/or offices is required. Must be able to travel and work an extended schedule as needed.
