Reporting Relationship: Reports to Customer Experience Manager

Salary: $16-$17 per hour depending on experience and qualifications

The Client Success Coach supports the Sales & Operations teams in increasing overall customer satisfaction and effective usage of Wondersign's Catalog Kiosk platform. This role follows a consultative, sales-driven process to take customers through the post-sale implementation phase, ensuring that customers understand the full capabilities of the platform, and best practices for using the tool as a sales-driver in their own businesses by pairing them with upgrades and integrations suited to their unique needs. The Client Success Coach takes full ownership of the customer relationship during the customer's first 30 days, and maintains a relationship with the customer for their first 90 days.

Essential Functions and Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Initiates contact with new customers to help map out schedule for onboarding call cadence
  2. Engages customers with interactive live webinar where product and back-end systems are displayed, and training is conducted
  3. While working with customers, handles basic account setup requests
  4. Before initial call, conducts web research on retail location, its closest competitors, brands sold in store, etc, to determine which product/service make the most sense
  5. Between follow-up calls, invests time researching platform account to recognize underutilized features in order to educate / upsell customer on needed services
  6. Identifies and closes additional sales of products and services to customers

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of three years in a sales or sales support role, 5 years preferred.
  • Proven track record of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
